Three brands. One fast-growing market. But right now, no one really owns it. France is being managed from Düsseldorf when it needs someone on the ground who actually drives it. That's where you come in.


Hi, I'm Niklas, Co-Founder at Lyto. We're looking for a Market Lead to own our French expansion across all three brands. This isn't a traditional market manager role — you'll have full commercial ownership and real accountability for revenue growth.


Lyto Brands Group from Düsseldorf is one of Germany's fastest-growing e-commerce startups. We focus on personalized products. With a team of over 30, we grow 100%+ year-over-year. We're a team of Shopify nerds, marketing experts, and content specialists driven by our Growth Mindset.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben
  • Take full commercial ownership of France across our three brands (famwalls, heybalu, Bo & Birdie)
  • Drive revenue growth and optimize conversion across the entire funnel
  • Expand and shape the product assortment based on French market insights
  • Understand which occasions, gifting moments, and cultural specifics really matter in France
  • Work closely with Product, Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Shop Optimization teams
  • Act as the central point of accountability for market decisions — steering the right people in the right direction
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Support building up a supplier and partner network in France

  • You have successfully scaled a market or led commercial growth in e-commerce
  • You understand what drives conversion and revenue in online retail
  • You think strategically but execute hands-on
  • You're comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
  • You speak fluent French and English (German is a plus but not required)
  • You understand French culture, gifting occasions, and consumer behavior
